Visit our educational classes and displays inside Line Creek Community Center.

►Artifacts from Line Creek Valley and beyond will be displayed,
   including our 1000-year-old American Indian Cooking pot and a diorama of an
   ancient burial mound.
►Reta Jo Mitchell will be there to share her map of American Indian Placenames.
►The film, Legacy of the Moundbuilders, will be showing all day in the
   Community Center Lobby.
 ►Nancy Blue will share her knowledge of genealogy in the class:
   “Am I Indian?  Who Was My Grandpa?”
 ►Gil Nichols, historian, will discuss “History of the Mound Building Periods.”
 ►William Lyon, Anthropologist and Author, will discuss“American Indian Medicine Powers.”
 ►Gayl Edmunds, will share his knowledge of American Indian spirituality
   in his class, “Taking Our Place in the Sacred Hoop.”
►Bert Wetherill, Archaeologist, will describe the cultures and tribes who once lived
   in the area in his talk entitled,“Who Used to Live in Your Backyard?” (Saturday only)
